Data security is a management issue at all times

Many managers are not aware of their responsibility and liability regarding Information & Data Security. The bank’s consequences of data theft can be of criminal, administrative and civil law nature and can thus also have an impact on the manager himself. In order to make Data Security a management issue before it culminates in loss or damage, the board of directors and management should be aware of their responsibilities and significance.

The results of our benchmark study „CRM in Private Banking – from farming to hunting“ are now available. The study results show that many banks are uncertain how to react to the current market and framework conditions. In many cases the Customer Relationship Management does not focus consistently enough on the client and many banks do not have suitable management instruments.
